This idea was suggested by Sir James the Bold.  I built the thing.

This particular condiment slinger works with Kraft brand horseradish sauce.  You'll need a different condiment slinger for each different variety of condiment.

The condiment slinger was made from an empty horseradish sauce bottle.  I cut away part of the top and part of the bottom, leaving enough that I could slip another bottle into it.  I slit the sides a little, for an easier fit.  I punched two holes in it and attached a string.  Sir James slings it around and around to drive the remaining condiment to the top of the bottle, so he can get it out of the bottle.

Be careful.  He slung it once with a damaged lid and had quite a mess to clean up.  I recommend doing it outside.
