I had this idea many years ago, while I was selling bicycle parts with my good friend Ernie, at the Capitol Flea Market in San Jose, California.  We were sitting, waiting for customers, and eating chips and salsa.  We heard an unfamiliar squeaking sound and observed it to be coming from the shoes of a little boy who was walking past our stand with his parents.  It appeared that the shoes had squeakers in them.  When the little boy walked, his shoes went "squeak squeak squeak squeak".  We speculated that the purpose of the squeakers was to make it easier for the parents to find their little boy if he became separated from them in the crowd.

When I observed the squeakers, it instantly occurred to me that it would be possible to produce a similar noise maker that would go boing when its ends were pulled.  If a woman wore a bra with boingers in the bra straps, then when she walked she'd go "boing boing boing boing", just like in my imagination.  What a great idea.

Some woman will probably suggest clangers for men.  That's a dumb idea.
